I provide top-quality at-home personal training services to help you achieve your fitness goals. I create customized workout plans tailored to your needs and fitness level. I have also developed my own 'anti-aging' training formula designed for the working adult. It has been proven to increase mobility, elimate pain, improve balance/coordination, strengthen bones (invaluable at old age) and increase testosterone. My oldest client started with me at 74, barely able to bend his legs, by 78 he was able to squat past his hips, balance on a bosu ball on 1 leg and leg press 200kg. My Story:

I started off with body building, but after losing most of my progress by going home for the holidays (university at the time), I switched to strength training. I built up to 190kg dealift, 180kg squat and 100kg bench press while weighing 70kg. This caused me to become even tighter and suffer even more pain. This is when I switched my focus onto flexibility and found yoga. I needed something more challenging and structured which led to gymnastics. I built it to what I needed and combined yoga and gymnastics with the strength training principles I had learned and thus created my own training system. This system can be used on old or young, flexible and unflexible, skinny or overweight. You just have to tweak the intensities.
